These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the School of Brave Little Champions system, our online community, our online marketplace, our streaming service, and any related websites, platforms, or services (collectively, “Services”), operated by Up With the Birds Entertainment LLC (d/b/a TaterTot Kids Club, “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Accounts & Eligibility
- Accounts are created and managed by parents or guardians only.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts if your conduct is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with our values of Excellence, Honor, and Joy.
2. Description of Services
- School of Brave Little Champions System — A flexible, Spirit-led system for parents of toddlers and preschoolers (ages 2–5), with access to tools, resources, and Assistant Champion AI planning features.
- Online Community — A private space for connection, collaboration, and resource-sharing among members.
- Online Marketplace — A member-driven marketplace for buying and selling approved products, where we retain a 5% fee from each completed sale.
- Streaming Service — A curated library of kid-friendly content accessible through parent-managed accounts.
3. Purchases & Payments
- Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
- All sales are final. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued.
- If you experience technical difficulties, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
4. Marketplace Seller Terms
Members may list and sell products in our marketplace under the following conditions:
- You must be an active member in good standing.
- You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and safety of your listings.
- We retain a 5% commission on each sale.
- Prohibited items include offensive, illegal, or unsafe products.
- All transactions are between buyer and seller. We are not liable for disputes, but we may mediate at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to remove listings or revoke seller privileges if needed.
5. User-Generated Content
- You are responsible for any content you post or upload in our community or platforms.
- Do not share personal or sensitive information you do not want made public.
- We may remove any content that violates laws, infringes on others’ rights, or conflicts with our values.
6. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided through our Services, including videos, books, streaming content, and system materials, are the property of Up With the Birds Entertainment LLC unless otherwise stated.
- You are granted a limited, personal-use license. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly display our materials without permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Engage in harassment, spamming, or disruptive behavior.
- Upload harmful or illegal content.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with our values.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Our content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes. We make no guarantees of specific results.
- We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party service providers.
